How do I arrange a service?
Send me a message via the contact page or give me a call. We'll talk through what your pet needs and agree on a schedule.
What areas do you cover?
I cover Lisbon and the surrounding neighbourhoods. If you're a little further out, get in touch and I'll let you know.
What if my pet has special needs?
Tell me about medication, dietary needs, or behaviour cues when we first speak — I'll make sure everything is covered.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry pet-care liability insurance, and I'm happy to share details on request.
How does payment work?
Payment is by bank transfer or cash after the service. For regular walks I send a simple weekly summary.
